この度ビューローベリタスは、インドネシアKSO SCISI社より日本出荷の鉄鋼製品に関する検査につき指定を受けました。
今後、以下の製品に関しましては、（従来のコテクナ社に代わり）ビューローベリタスが対応を実施致します。
- 開始日 2017年3月1日より
- 対象製品 カテゴリーC （HS CODE 72・73類に属するもの）
【検査フロー】
- 輸入者様よりKSOに申請、これに基づきVO（Verification Order）が開かれる。
- ビューローベリタス上海支社より、日本の輸出者様宛てにVO情報ならびに検査手配に必要な書類をご案内（E-mail）。
- 2で指示された書類一式を、弊社日本オフィス宛てに提出頂く（E-mail）。
- 弊社上海支社にて提出書類のレビュー後、検査スケジュールのアレンジを開始。

- RFC（ビューローベリタス所定の検査申請書）
- Proforma INVOICE
- Packing List
- ミルシート（以下リスト内の製品につき）
- 製品カタログ・図面など（ミルシートの提出が不要なHS CODE製品につき）

【検査時の注意点】
現地輸入者様がFCLで申請をされた場合、現物検査に加えてバン詰めの立会い（空コンテナ～バン詰め完了・コンテナシール実施まで）が必要となります。
